Qingdao Tongda Rubber Products Factory, established in 1998 and located in Qianlou Industrial Park, Qingdao City, is a comprehensive tire enterprise integrating tire production, sales, the design and development of vulcanizing machines. For over two decades, Tongda Tire has specialized in OTR (Off-The-Road) tires, focusing on energy-saving, safety and innovative production technologies, and is dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of high-quality engineering tires that meet international leading standards.
Tongda Tire has a strong and professional R&D team and skilled technical personnel. We were one of the key investors in Asia's first green rubber smelting project — Qingdao Xinghang Mixing Center. Our production facility is the advanced rolling equipment imported from Italy, multiple automatic capsule reverse packaging molding machines, and the latest automatic vulcanizing machines, supported by sophisticated production infrastructure and a comprehensive quality control system. These advanced assets provide all-round technical support to ensure the exceptional quality of every tire we produce.
Tongda Tire continuously focuses on innovative research for engineering tires, leveraging our strong R&D capabilities to enhance product performance. We also have ISO9001 quality management system certification, US Department of Transportation (DOT) certification, CCC certification, Shandong Province 3A Enterprise certification and many other honors.
"With a global footprint spanning nearly 40 countries worldwide, Tongda Tire has built a large and loyal customer base of OTR tire users across diverse markets, with our VROTR, VINWIN, SONEARTH and TONGSTAR brands earning widespread recognition and trust. At present, the production capacity has reached 1 million per year. According to customer needs in different markets, the factory can add new series, new molds and new patterns every year. In the domestic market, we mainly do OEM and already have a long-term stable cooperation with a number of excavator,loader and bulldozer factories.
